Refund Policy

When Refunds Are Available

You may be eligible for a refund on a coin purchase if:

  • You request the refund within 7 days of the original purchase date, and
  • The coins from that purchase have not been used (i.e., not spent in the exchange)

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago
  • Coins that have already been spent or partially spent
  • Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
  • Requests citing a change of mind after coins have been applied to your account

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@followvault.app with the subject line: Refund Request
  2. Include in your email:
    • The email address on your FollowVault account
    • The date of the purchase you're requesting a refund for
    • The coin bundle purchased
    • A brief reason for the request

We review every request individually and will respond within 3 business days.

Refund Timeline

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer
  • You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated

Partial Refunds

If a portion of a coin bundle has been used, we may issue a partial refund for the unused portion at our discretion. This will be calculated based on the per-coin value of the bundle purchased.

Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us, we may be unable to process a refund through our normal process. We encourage you to reach out to us directly first — we're happy to help resolve any issue.
