Terms of Service

FollowVault (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates a TikTok follower exchange platform that allows creators to grow their audience through a coin-based exchange system.

To use FollowVault, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country)
• Have a valid TikTok account in good standing
• Provide accurate information when registering
• Not have a previously terminated FollowVault account

By creating an account, you confirm you meet these requirements.

• Coins are digital credits used within the FollowVault platform to feature your profile to our verified creator community
• Coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except as described in our Refund Policy
• Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for money
• We reserve the right to adjust coin pricing at any time with reasonable notice
• All purchases are processed by Paddle, our payment provider, subject to their terms

Refunds on coin purchases may be issued within 7 days of purchase if coins have not been used. See our full Refund Policy for details.

You may not use FollowVault to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain followers or manipulate the exchange
• Create fake, duplicate, or impersonating accounts
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit FollowVault's services without written permission
• Engage in harassment, spam, or abusive behavior toward other users
• Violate TikTok's Terms of Service while using our platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Users may not use automated tools, bots, scripts, browser extensions, or any form of automation to perform follows, earn coins, or otherwise interact with the platform. Users may not purchase, solicit, or artificially inflate follower counts or coin balances through any third-party means. Accounts found using fake, purchased, or automated engagement are subject to immediate permanent suspension without refund eligibility and forfeiture of all coin balances.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if:

• You violate these Terms
• We detect fraudulent, abusive, or bot-like activity on your account
• We are required to do so by law

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@followvault.app. Unused coins at the time of account closure are subject to our standard Refund Policy.

• No follower guarantee. FollowVault facilitates a voluntary exchange between creators. We do not guarantee a specific number of new followers, a specific growth rate, or any business outcome from using our platform.
• TikTok relationship. FollowVault is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance.
• Service availability. We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FollowVault is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting an update on our website or emailing you. Continued use of FollowVault after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
